Family time!

In May 2010, my family got together and went out for a big dinner, so they asked me to make a cake.

I decided to go for something a little bit fun. This is what I did! The server from the restaurant loved it so much he asked if he could take home the leftovers! Sure, why not? ;)

Top tier is VEGAN carrot cake.

Bottom tier is VEGAN white vanilla cake.

Fondant is not vegan, hee hee, but still homemade!
