I made these Vegan cupcakes two years ago when I received a recipe book for Christmas (and before I owned decorating supplies). I loved these so much and they did not last long. I thought they were better than regular cupcakes! :)

Yum!! Those were really good, I liked the peanut butter flavored frosting, very unique.
