Vegan Cupcakes are YUUUMMMYY!

I made these Vegan cupcakes two years ago when I received a recipe book for Christmas (and before I owned decorating supplies). I loved these so much and they did not last long. I thought they were better than regular cupcakes! :)

It's A Boy!

I made this cake for my new nephew Callum when he was born! Its a Chocolate and Vanilla cake, Yum!

Bree has a birthday!

I met my brother and his family for a birthday dinner for his wife, Bree. I arrived early and brought a surprise birthday cake for her. Her favorite is carrot cake with cream cheese frosting so that's what I made.

After dinner, the server brought out the cake and we all sang. She was VERY surprised. Later that night we were talking and she found out that I had made the cake. She told me she thought it was from a bakery! I felt so honored!

I'm glad she liked it so much!

Family time!

In May 2010, my family got together and went out for a big dinner, so they asked me to make a cake.

I decided to go for something a little bit fun. This is what I did! The server from the restaurant loved it so much he asked if he could take home the leftovers! Sure, why not? ;)

Top tier is VEGAN carrot cake.

Bottom tier is VEGAN white vanilla cake.

Fondant is not vegan, hee hee, but still homemade!

Butterfly Cupcakes!

My little niece turned one in August 2010 and I got to make her some fun cupcakes! She had a butterfly theme for her party so I used it in my creation!

Carrot Cake

I made this cake for my parents anniversary in Nov 2010.
