Top tier is a banana cake with candied whole pecans and Ghirardelli white chocolate center.
Bottom tier is a coconut cream cake with Ghiradelli white chocolate and fresh sliced strawberry center. (My Fav!)
The cake is then covered in a Cocoa buttercream.
The decorations are gum paste lily pads and lotus flowers.
This cake was amazing and the best I have done yet!
Unfortunately, I do not have photos of the inside. :(
